Marketing Intern

GreenZone Solutions, Inc. is a fast-growing woman-owned (WOSB) dedicated service provider to both public, private, and Federal clients.  The Company works hard to promote the best interest of their clients, their team, and their community while delivering excellence through their Big Data, Business Intelligence, and Data Analytics services and effective solutions to exceed the client’s mission goals and objectives.  Currently GreenZone is seeking an energetic and outgoing Business Marketing Intern who will assist with various marketing aspects for business development and recruiting.   Position details include:

  • Edit various documents including external decks, internal decks, slicks, organizational charts, job postings.
  • Utilize Hootsuite to update corporate Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn accounts on a weekly basis.
  • Assist in the creation of a monthly company newsletter.
  • May assist in the reviewing, development, and maintaining content on company website.
  • Create marketing campaigns for recruitment activities to increase company exposure at career fairs.
  • Assist with recruiting efforts such as creating and posting position advertisements, conducting phone interviews, schedule interviews, and update job and applicant information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Jazz.
  • Attend career fairs and assist with corporate recruiting events as needed.
  • Share unique articles using multiple sources to engage potential clients.
  • Must be currently pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree at an accredited university.  Marketing, Communications, Business or another related field highly desired.
  • Experience in management consulting, marketing, and finance a huge plus.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally across multiple audiences is required.
  • Motivated to learn new skills and information, self-starter
  • Team oriented, with the ability to work independently, exercising sound judgement with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to handle and execute multiple priorities under pressure and within tight deadlines.
  • Strong Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher) a must, familiarity with SharePoint a plus.
