Web Analytics Specialist

GreenZone Solutions has a need for a Web Analytics Specialist to support a Federal client. The Web Analytics Specialist will support the federal client’s Data Science and Analytics program.

In this role you will:

  • Provide expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) technical implementation, as well as on and off-page optimizations,
  • Meet with client stakeholders as necessary, and the client’s marketing team to identify measurable goals and to provide actionable recommendations on how web products can meet their needs, SEO, or otherwise,
  • Perform web analytics work, such as setting up customized dashboards, visualizations and reports using Tableau and managing Google Analytics accounts,
  • Assist in creating and executing enterprise-level digital analytics measurement strategies, including product conception and development and helping to define appropriate goals, engagement funnels, and conversions,
  • Establish a scalable reporting processes and standards for multiple digital products.
  • Prioritize web analytics requests, tasks, & deliverables according to business needs and resources,
  • Work with front-end developers to create standard patterns for incorporating web measurement and analytics into various digital products to ensure that these are implemented correctly and capture relevant metrics, and
  • Perform basic SQL or BigQuery data requests

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • 2+ years’ experience in the areas described above plus
  • Communication skills and ability to work with customers, senior management and other technical teams
  • Documentation skills and the ability to recommend best practices and articulate process improvements and required changes.
  • Organized, with the ability to meet production deadlines, and self-direct when necessary

Relevant analytics experience in the following areas:

-Data Science, Statistics, or Numerical Analysis
-Financial
-Legal
-Marketing
-Economics
-Testing, including:

Randomized Controlled Trials
-A/B Testing
-Clinical Trials Experience

Preferred experience working with:

-Google Tag Manager
-Google Analytics (or similar)
-SEO Moz (or similar)
-Basic SQL or BigQuery
-Data Studio

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain/maintain a Government Clearance.
